Fun and Delicious!» Review by Annie H

We had so much fun at this cooking class! This type of activity isn’t our usual choice on vacation—because, honestly, who wants to cook on vacation? But we’re so glad we decided to give it a try.
Chef Scott was incredibly gracious when we showed up late due to traffic. He immediately got us settled in, starting with fabulous mojitos and diving into the creation of our three-course meal. While I’m not much of a chef (haha), my husband, who has cooked most of his life, still learned techniques that we’ve already started using at home. All the dishes we made were fantastic, with perfectly balanced flavors.
Throughout the class, Chef Scott would occasionally point out a bird call, and we’d step outside to spot toucans. Even on a rainy day, the views of the volcano were spectacular. Overall, this class is a great way to spend a day in the La Fortuna/Arenal area!
