Mountain Biking

This tour starts on private trails within the 1968 National Park, on the slopes of the Arenal Volcano. A 16km trail offers a variety of terrain to keep everyone excited and get your adrenaline pumping! Short slopes, cruising descents, some technical descents, and curves. Get to cross through farmland, deep rainforest, rivers, and mud roads.

Along the journey, you will be able to tour part of the lava flow from the 1968 eruption, and even see some craters and giant rock remains that flew from the volcano! Be on the lookout for howler monkeys, toucans, and coatis may come to greet us on the trip.

Please Note: Since this is an activity taking place in the rainforest, there is a possibility that it could rain at any time of year.  We operate the tour rain or shine unless weather conditions are extreme. If for any reason we have to cancel the tour, you will receive a 100% refund.
